hi to all master

i have been in New Zealand 6, on student visa 1year, citizenship of india. its summer vation of 1month till 22/02/10.
can i apply for USA visitor visa from Auckland(NZ)?
what type of question they may be ask? and
How many chance to reject/refusal visa?
is any effect on my visa status in future, if i apply USA visa again?

It is best if students apply from their home country as they can't show strong ties to their current temporary country and not for their home country either.
