Finally my parents got US visitor visa after 3 rejections

Thanks to immihelp for putting this great help website. After three rejections (based on 214b) my parents finally got visitor visa stamped at New Delhi.

here is the history:
feb 2001 (rejected 214b)
march 2001 (rejected 214b)
June 2002 (rejected 214b)
Oct 2004 ( got the Visa)
They haven't got their passports yet so I don't know if it's 10 years or ....
