Firstly I wud like to thank u for the immense help I got when browsing thru ur web site in helpin me get started with my parents visitors visa.
My questions are:
1. My husband is on H1 visa for one yr which expires on 23Jun 2010 and I am on H4 visa. He has a job for the next 2 yes and so we will have to renew our visas. Now We r planning to bring my parents to US in Mar end and make them stay for 6 mnths if we get their visa. So do we apply for our renewal before we apply for their visas? Or can we proceed with their visa & later apply for our renewal? Will my parents be questioned abt our visas in the interview?
2. My parents are paying for the airfare but once they are here we will manage their expenses. In such a situation does my husband still need to send an I -134 form of support?
