  • B1 Tourist visa Haiti

    Hi,

I am US citizen and living in CA. I am
trying to invite a friend over from Haiti. I am not quite sure what documents she will need to get the tourist visa and if she needs a medical exam?
I am planning to invite her over for 3 months. She is currently in the Dominican Republic and she may apply for the visa there.

    Does she need:
    a) invitation letter?
    b) letter to the embassy that I will carry all the cost while she is here?
    c) do I need to send a I-134 form? and if so where to?
    d) DS-156
    e) medical exam
    f) bank statement showing her money in DomRep?
    g) birth certificate of her daughter (her daughter is in Haiti)

Will she need any other documents?

    Thanks for the help

      I need help quichkly

I still don't know if I have to file a I-134 for her, since she cannot effort to sponsor the trip by herself. Are invitation and embassy letters sufficient or do they need I-134 as well? If so, how do I file it? Does she has to show it or do I have to mail it somewhere?

It looks like a medical exam for this kind of visa is not needed.

      Please help
