URGENT question about new DS 160

Hello Gurus,
I am helping my parents to prepare for renewing their visitors visa at Mumbai consulate. They are not familiar with computers and I want to help them fill the new DS 160 from here in USA. But the PDF document released on vfs (on page 5) :
says that :
You must identify yourself if you are completing the form on an someone else’s behalf.
•We have the ability to identify the source of any submitted application.

In that case will it be an problem if I fill up the form completly on their behalf and send my parents the printouts of that form?

Has anyone been in the scenario like this? your help is appreciated.

You can completely fill the form yourself, identify in that form that you have filled it but do not submit it. Save the application and send that application to them in India electronically by email.

They will have to load the application in the computer into DS-160 form, and submit it.

If they are not familiar with computers, they will have to take someone's help in India to get this done. However, they will have to submit the form themselves.

When the form is submitted, you will get a confirmation page. You just need that confirmation page print out and not the entire form.

You can always submit DS-160 online on your parents behalf. It will ask you at some point to enter the details of the person preparing the application. You can always enter your details there. After you are done, just take the printout of confirmation page and send it to your parents. This way you do not have to worry about your parents using computers.
