IT return document

Hi,

I'm a student in the US. Planning to invite my parents for my graduation. My dad runs a business and my parents are sponsoring their trip. My only problem is that my dads IT returns are too low. Will that be a problem? They will be able to provide all the property documents and bank statements fine.

As long as either you or they are able to show that their expenses in the US will be taken care of, it is fine.

If you don't have any income or very low income because you are student, and your father's income in income tax returns is very low because he didn't pay proper income taxes, that is really a problem in getting the visa because you can't show that any one enough (white) money to take care of the expenses.
