Visitor Visa For Aunty and her family

Hi,

My aunt, unlce and thier 2 kids are planning to visit the states.
I will be sponsoring them....but they are in a position to fund their own trip.
So just wondering how different the documentation will be from when you do it for you parents.
Should i still say that i will bear all the expenses for their trip or should i mention they will fund their own trip....?
Any suggestion apprecitated...Thanks!
