DS 160 confirmation- please help

After submitting the DS-160 form online, I got the confirmation page. However, while I was trying to print the page, it gave a message 'error start again'. I had given my e- mail address but a confirmation email has not come in it either.
Is there a way to retrieve the confirmation page or do I have to start a new application all over again.
Please help. Thanks !
