Is visa counsellor requires original documents?

Hello,
Thanks in advance for ur help.

Iam aged about 53/female/pensioner. My daughter-in-law wants to invite me to US. she has sent i134, invitation letters both (me, and visa officer), and also the other supporting documents thru email as scanned documents, all the documents i have are scanned documents will those be sufficient to attend the interview or should i have the orginal documents?
