Dear sir,
I visited united states in 2003 and i had 1 yr multiple visa. And i applied for extension through a friend but unfortunately he submitted my application without paying any fees and therefore my application was
returned and i was asked to pay the fees. but till then i was back in india
But i returned in 2005 about 21 months of stay and since 2005 am in india . My question is am I eligible at all to apply and what chances do i have to get visa? and if i can do anything so i can get visa I would appreciate your advise.
