vistor visa is going to expire befor my stay on i94 form.

hi actually i got 3 month vistor visa upto 29th january 2010 and i got stay upto 30th may 2010 at port of entery on my i94 form ,i want to stay upto 3rd march,can you please tell me whether i can stay upto 3rd march or i have to go back before 29th january.please reply.
