Hi,
I am on H1-B visa which is expiring Jan 2005. My I-485 is pending for the past 25 months at NSC for which I am the primary applicant. My wife is working on EAD. We are planning to invite my parents to visit us. Can she sponsor my parents since her EAD is valid till August 2005. My only concern is she is not the primary applicant. Please enlighten.
