My parents are applying for US non-immigrant visa. Should we submit the DS-160 separately or can we combilne both on one?
Also the fee receipt should be separate or can it be combined to amount 12,576

The fee receipt is one per person. You can get the demand draft combined for both of them to take to the HDFC bank. Look at https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visa-fees/
