My parents will be going to chennai embassy in feb 2005 for visitors visa and they will make travel arrangements in march 2005 to US. My H1-B first term will be ending in july 2005 and my company will be applying for second term extension only in april last week. Can someone please let me know if this is going to be a problem or should my parents attend the embassy , only after i receive the receipt from INS for the second term of my H1-B?
Will they have any issues at the port of entry (when they arrive in March), because my visa will be going to renewal in April last week?
