Hello everyone!!
I'm Dr.Prasad. I have been stamped with a B1B2 visitor visa to the US for 3 months for the purpose of attending an examination.. I have an annotation on the visa stating "USMLE STEP 2 EXAM".. does this annotation carry any special implications? will i be able to do any form of tourism for a few weeks and visit a few relatives in this period or should i just stick to the exam? i have mentioned my intended duration of stay in the US in my DS156 as 1 month. kindly help me out. thank you

You can roam around or visit friends, as long as you leave within the duration specified on your I-94 form, stamped and given to you at the port of entry.
