Visitor Visa & H1 Extension

My H1 is gone expire on May 01. I already applied for extension. I have apply for visa for MIL and the interview is on 16th Feb.
I did not get my extension yet but in that case does she gets visa up to May 01 and I have my I-797 up to May 01?

Even they give the visa for 6 Months/10 years Is there a chance that at the time of immigration they give I-94 up to May 01?

Her visa stamp duration has nothing to do with your H1 status expiration date.
