Changing B2 to F1

I am in usa on b2 visa. i landed on nov19th,2009 in usa and my departure date is may16th,2010. I want to study in usa and i got I20 frm a community college in Dallas, Tx. In first week of Feb,2010 i want to file for Change of status to f1. Is this possible. i can show relevant documents to the authorities and i want my husband to become dependent. i.e his COS from b2 to f2.
