  • Regarding DS-160; family member status not known

    Hi,

I have a question regarding filling the DS-160 form for non-immigrant visa. I have a sponsorship from one of my immediate relatives for a visitor's visa (my muti-entry 10 yr visa just expired). I just wanted to know in the section for immediate family members in the US am I required to list all the immediate family members? Would it include son-in-laws and daughter-in-law and grandchildren, too? The other question I have is about the accuracy of the status information for the family members. I have one whose last known status is permanent resident. This person might have become a citizen, too. I am not sure about this person's stauts and can not check/ask for personal reasons. How do I deal with this situation. Any guidance would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks.

You will have to list the relatives described here. https://www.immihelp.com/family-based-greencard-categories/
