I-134 Instructions
I am filling I-134 Affidavit Support form for my mother, who has Chennai Consulate appt this month.
Under the Section 9 ...they asked the following :
"That I have previously submitted affidavits of support for the follwoing persons." ....what should I fill here ..
last July I submitted an Affidavit for my in-laws, they got visa and currently they are with us ...
Do I need to mention that in I-134 for my mother.... if I mention will it effect my mother's chances of getting VISA. ..
If I don't mention abt the previous affidavit ...will it be a problem ???????/
