Question on Name in Employment Letter

Hi,

My name is LakshmiNaraSimha Kumar Vemula.

My Employment Letter has my name given as: Simha Kumar Vemula Lakshmi Nara.

All my documents are in the name as: LakshmiNaraSimha Kumar Vemula.
except my Employment Letter.

Will this become a problem if my parents go to Stamping with this employment letter. Will USCIS check to this extent?

If I have to change my name in my office, there is lot of process/approvals I have to get which will take long time to finish.

Any suggestions are really helpful.
