B2(Tourist Visa) Help Needed

Hi,

I am Srikanth from Nellore (AP). I am on L1 visa, I want to bring my parents here on Tourist Visa. Basically I work for a Chennai based company and my L1 is filed at Chennai Cons. Can I apply B2 visa at Chennai Centre or should I apply only in Hyderabad Centre? Nellore is very near to Chennai, can Chennai centre accepts this reason for applying visa at chennai.

Please provide me some help on this.
