Change of job during the Visitor visa processing

I live california. I am planning to bring my in-laws here. They have an appointment for Jan 10th in Chennai. Now, I have to send the documents. But, I have got a different job for which I have to xfer my H1. It will be another month before I get started on the new H1.

Given this situation, what should I do?

I should send my latest visa documents & pay stubs right? This means that I have to wait for 7-8 weeks more for me to send the documents which may be too late.

Please advice asap

Just send everything from your current job. It does not matter whether you are going to leave that job after 1 month.
