L1 Visa- Have to apply Visitors Visa for my Parents

I am on L1 Visa and I am planning to apply for visitors visa for my parents. I heard that there is a new procedure came-in which is supposed to be pretty simple. Can you please let me know what and all docs are required and what is the process.
