My mother came to USA in the year 2007 and she had undergone the heart surgery and pace maker was introduced in her body. Then she was not able to pay the huge amount of money to the hospital and still have debt against her name.
If she wants to re-visit USA again, is there any problem to apply for the visitor visa? Whether there is any legal obligation for the same because she has debt due to her last surgery?
Please help if you know anything. That would be highly appreciated.
