Visitor visa - property document and DS 160

Hi Friends,

One more question I have on property document.

1. My parent will be going for VISA interview and the will be carrying all the property documents. The issue is he will be carrying documents for 2 property i.e.

-- First property's documents are in regional language and parents will be taking interview in regional language. Do they need to carry any affidavit or any other document with property documents?

--Second property has loan going on with bank and bank has given true copy of documents and they are in English. Do they need to carry any affidavit or any other document with this property document?

2. Can I get sample of DS 160 form which is new or some idea on content of DS 160? Does it have any complication or any specific information need to be collected in advance to fill up the same?

3. Is it possible to fill up the DS 160 in behalf of parents and get the confirmation page and save the same and send the same to parents to get print out of the same? (At last I will save DS 160 for parents to go through the same to understand what has gone into it)?
