I am an international stuident and had applied for financial aid is school.Usualy FAFSA is available only for citizens/ perm residents.However, my pettition got approved.
The financial aid director sent me and email saying that accepting this aid may cause visa problems.When I consulted my international advisor, she told me that it may affect you only if you reapply for f1 status once it has been expired.
However, will accepting this aid affect my H1b application in any ways ? Kindly let me know ASAP
