Sorry, if it is duplicate post. I searched and read few last names threads but I havent find anything as my case is bit different. Its urgent. While getting the appointment date "Firstname and Middle name", "Surname" were essentially required fields but in my fathers passport Surname was not there. I wrote " First name and Middle name" according to Passport and in " Surname" I mentioned "Not Available" due to that interview letter came with " YYYY Not Available". Will that be a problem or if there is anywayout to rectify it kindly suggest. This is my first post and I really appreciate your work of helping the visitors. In DS160 I already mentioned "First name " as FNU and last name as " YYYY "
