US Visitor Visa

My nephews (Age 15 and Age 12) living in India are planning to visit me in the US in April for 1 month (Summer vacation time in India). What is the chance of them getting B2 (visitor) visa? I am a US greencard holder. Unfortunately my brother in-law does not have his passport and won't be able to come this time. My sister has her passport but is not planning to visit. She can apply for a visa with the boys if that improves the chance of them getting the visa. Please advise.

Let your sister apply for visitor visa along with her children. Chances of getting a visa seems to be high as her husband will be staying back in India and all of them will go back to home country because of the re opening of the school for the children.
