multiple sponsors

Hi,
I got an RFE for a COS(B2-F1) requesting for I-134.My father(who doesn't live in US) is my sponsor in my COS.
1)My Brother who lives in US(who sponsored my B2) will be helping me out with my tution fees too.
Since USCIS is asking for I-134 and other sponsor documents,do i need to submit I-134 only from my father or can my brother can fill out another I-134 aswell?
2)Is it an issue that my Brother sponsored my initial B2 and now my father is sponsoring(COS B2-F1) my studies?
3)What if only my brother submits I-134?

Many thanks for the reply.Below are few concerns
1)Will there be any problem if my brother(who is in US) submits an I-134 instead of my father(who was mentioned as the sponsor when i applied for COS)?
2)Or if both of them submit individual I-134's?
3)My brother sponsored my B2 initially but my father sponsored my COS to F1.Is this an issue?
As my brother is already in US he can to RFE immediately,thus my question.
