Hi,
I am trying to fill DS-160 form for my father. His passport doesnot have any Surname in it. There is only Given Names in his passport. So what should I fill in DS-160 form for the following fields:
1. Surnames (Mandatory)
2. Given Names (Mandatory)
3. Full Name in Native Alphabet (Optional)
Kindly reply me back at your earliest.
