Completion of online DS 160 form

The Problem I am facing:

1. My 10 year US visa expires on April 2nd. My DOB is April 3,1930 - so I
am just short of being 80 years old.

2. For almost two weeks I have been trying to fill the online DS 160 form.
Now I have become an expert at it - but !! For about 10 times or so, I
have completed the form - only to meet up with "you have encountered an application error - try later" ! Any help available - at home if possible?

1. What is the problem with that?
2. That is a known problem. You should keep saving the file to your computer
and when that happens, load that file to continue. There is nothing else
you can do.
