error while scheduling visa appointment

Dear Admin

I am scheduling visa appointment in Hyderabad (telugu) for my mother. I could see dates available in march, after entering CEAC & HDFC numbers, PP number, ph num, email address etc., in date selection screen, I am getting error like this .. 'error in the application, please contact administrator'

I entered correct information & tried number of times. Any one faced this kind of issue? pls help me

IE8 resolved the issue!!!, not sure though exactly this is the reason

Hi All,
Even I am getting this error at the last page when I try to pick up a date.
"ERROR IN THE APPLICATION. PLEASE CONTACT ADMINISTRATOR"

I read some forum and accordingly installed IE8 with "Compatibility View" ON.... But still I get the same issue.

Any help please.............. I already missed out some appointment dates?
