Hi,
I am on H1B visa and so is my wife. My parents are in the US on a greencard and live primarily with my sister.
My mother's sister(Aunt) who is Single/Widow would like to visit me in the US for about 6 months. She has an adopted daughter who is working in India and lives with her. She has some property, does part time work and has no intensions of staying a day more than 6 months.
What should we do to ensure she gets her visa? Any documentation, anything to show she wants to come to the US purely for tourisim. WIll showing that she is a business partner in a firm help in anyway?
Please suggest ideas as it is very important that she visits us? This is the only chance for her to come to the US.
She would be appearing for her visa in Chennai Consulate, India.
