so My parents have a 2yr US visa which will expire in June and they are still yet to travel with it but might not be able to do so till after it expires. Do you think they would still be granted another visa if they don

Your post seems like it got cut off, but as long as they enter the U.S per the indicated validity, they should be fine. They cannot enter after it expires.
