Good evening,
My father's 10 year US visitor visa is expiring in a few months. He had been to the US multiple times but the last time he obtained the visa was by going to the interview 10 yrs ago. I am hearing that he may not need to go to the interview based on his age(79) and would just need to submit the documents to a lockbox/dropbox type of thing. I am not familiar with that process and requesting anyone who may have availed that facility to obtain visa for their parents/eligible people. Can someone guide/provide steps/process to submit visa docs to the dropbox in Hyderabad Consulate and any document checklist that may be of help. FYI., I'm a US Citizen.
