Documents in regional language

Hello

I have followed the guidelines given in this website and booked appointments for my parents on March 4th. All their property (land and house) documents are in the regional language. Is it necessary to get all those documents translated to English? Since the time is very short, I am really worried about this. I have taken appointment for them in the regional language only. Will it help? Please advise me.

And also I want to know if there is any medical examination required? Or should they carry their medical records too?
