Visitor visa for baby - Parents have valid visa

Hi!
My sister and her family (based in Chennai, India) are planning to visit us in Atlanta for a couple of months. She and her husband have valid Visitor Visa obtained during their previous visits (3 years ago). Now they have a 1 1/2 yr old baby.

1) What is the process for obtaining visitor visa for the baby?

2) Should i submit the affidavit of support and all the other documents for the baby? If so, is there any separate form for sponsoring children?
