Is Baby Shower a good reason to show for visitor visa?

Hi,

My parents applied for US Visitor Visa on the basis of tourism only and they got rejection without any document error. Actually, i want to invite them for my wife's Baby shower, but as per suggestions we didn't mention about Baby shower/delivery in first time interview appearance.

Should we try another time on the basis of Baby Shower/Delivery with relevant proofs? ( e.g. Doctors note, Baby shower invitation etc. ) I am GC holder and my wife is US citizen.

Baby shower is the same thing as pregnancy reason.

Lets keep tourist visa for tourism. And try your efforts there.
