Visitor visa for sister and nephew

Hi,

I am applying for my sis & nephew’s visa for them to come to US for 2-3 moths for summer holidays. Sister is working and she will sponsor for the tickets for both and I will be taking care of other expenses in US for them. Submitting all the docs as listed in this site.

1. She is getting divorced, still in the court but. Any special docs to be submitted for this?
2. last month I had sponsored for my mother, she has got her visa. Now I will be mentioning her name in I134. but providing my bank a/c letter for my sister with much more funds now, is there any concern here?
3. Anything else to be taken care here and what are the chances of this case.

Appreciate a quick response to this, it will really help to proceed.

Hi,

My sister is not staying with husband and the case is in court. Divorce may be done in 2 more months as all the formalities are complete, at this stage if applying for my nephew's & Sister's US visa, what are the documents to be submitted, apart for the common docs list given in this site.

Like proof documents related to her marriage etc., and if anything else
