Choosing post of visa interview

Can I select a different post of interview for my non-immigrant B2 visa appointment than the one auto-selected based on my state of residence on https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/

For example: what options can I select on the cgifederal website account to interview in New Delhi, if based on my state of residence, the post of interview is auto-selected as Kolkata? Is this possible?

I got the following answer to this question from the U.S. Visa Service Desk:-

"Please note, after making the payment while scheduling an appointment, you will have a drop down to select the appropriate Visa Application Center and Embassy/Consulates location as per your convenience.

Note: If applying for a Blanket L-1 visa, the applicant is required to appear for the interview at the U.S. Consulate General Chennai only."

That solves my problem.
