Stolen passport with US Visa,I-94 & Return Ticket

My mother( Indian citizen with visitor Visa for USA) just travelled from mumbai to Newark yeasterday. But unfortunately in the arrival area somebody stolen her bag containing passport with valid 10 years VISA, I-94 as well as return ticket to India.

My husband immediately reported at the Air-port police about the missing things.
Now we don't know how to approach for these things to reissue them. Can someone help what I should do after getting the police report?? What are the agencies I should approach to file the lost passport ?? How she will be able to travel back to India?? How to get the duplicate I-94?? Is it possible for a visitor to apply here for duplicate passport??

Any help,any clue regarding this will be appreciated..

Indian Passport: Contact Indian consulate in New York. Look at https://www.immihelp.com/indian-emba...ulates-in-usa/

Ticket: Contact airline to issue duplicate ticket if it was paper ticket. If it was eTicket, no problem.

Question about the time it takes to get the duplicates

Hi,
I got the iinformation from those websites..

Do you have any idea how much time it will take to get the duplicate passport, I-94??

For ticket , I talked with Air India & they said that they can do it with $50 charge.. So I can do that.

Another thing is what happens to VISA?? How to get the VISA again?

Visa: You have to get it from US consulate/embassy abroad.
Timings: I don't know. Only embassy/consulate can tell about Indian passport.
