Canadian Applying for Visitor Visa for parents

Dear Sir:
I am a Citizen of Canada. My parents have Canadian (Multiple entry) visa. I want them to take them to USA for a visit. I am in process of applying USA visitor B2 for them.
I understand that I need to submit I-134, bank statements, employment letter etc. etc. BUT since I am not residing in USA, I am unable to complete these.

Could you please advise how I should be collecting all the required documents.

Why can't you provide them?

Bank letter: Do you have a bank account in Canada? So, provide the details.
Employment letter: Do you work in Canada? So, provide the letter.

And so on.
