The section "Family Information: Spouse" in DS 160 requires spouse's surnames and given names. It says include both current name as well as maiden name. I am not getting how to put in two surnames or given names in only 1 box.
Consider below example -
Current full name - PADMA SHRIDHAR JOSHI
Maiden full name - MANGAL YASHWANT PANSHIKAR
So,
Current surname - JOSHI
Current given name - PADMA SHRIDHAR
Maiden surname - PANSHIKAR
Maiden given name - MANGAL YASHWANT
There are only 2 input boxes provided on DS 160 to put both current and maiden names
Box 1 - Spouse's Surnames
JOSHI, PANSHIKAR (I put comma to differentiate them)
Box 2 - Spouse's Given Names
PADMA SHRIDHAR, MANGAL YASHWANT (I put comma to differentiate them)
The comma is not accepted by system and giving error. I also tried without putting comma however it looks weird when printed. The two names on print displayed like JOSHI PANSHIKAR, PADMA SHRIDHAR MANGAL YASHWANT.
It does not make sense to me. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
