My parents live in Bangalore with my brother & sister-in-law. We had book the B2 Visa appointment in telugu for my parents in Chennai consulate. I had sent all the scanned copies of my docs to them, did not send any original document (like bank statement, account verification letter, employment letter etc.,). Their interview is on 4th March, 2010. Please suggest me if I need to send my original copies? And what all questions they would ask? And my father is not an employee, but he is working as an agent in Margadarsi & Sahara, India. will it be a problem?

Hmm.. We sent original documents by USPS express mail. It reached Chennai in 4 days. But you may think of other express/overnight courier options if you dont want to reschedule. I am mostly sure that you have to send the originals as the affidavit of support would have the signature of the sponsor. Thats why I am saying that scanned copy may not be accepted.
USPS has only 7 days or 6-10 days options. It might not work for you. Try Fedex or UPS if you want..
