I just want to open a thread to get an idea of how many people are experience this:
"Error:There was a missing or invalid parameter.."

I have the same issue and even when I try to use the test photo function before I retrieve my application

I'm having the same trouble. I reported the problem onto https://travel.state.gov/content/tra.../us-visas.html. You need to report it immediately. Please report it on this website and also to your Embassy as well so that the issue can be fixed quickly.
