I am on H1, and my dad 64years, has visitor visa, am planing to get my dad for few weeks, short trip. My dad is retired engineer by profession, and lately he is on medication for psychiatry treatment, we have all records about medication from hospital and doctors.
Questions
1)What is the process to be followed at the time port of entry?
2)Is there any special form need to be mentioned at the time of filling immigration card, I-94
3) What type of travel insurance needs we need to buy here before his arrival.
Of course my mom would accompany him if he travels to States for short trip.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
