Tourist Visa- confusion with the length of stay

Hello, My mom on tourist visa was told at the port of entry to stay only for 2 months, but she was given 6 months on her I-94 card and also it shows 6 months validity online. She reentered after staying in India 3 months only that

Seems like your questions is not complete.

If you want to stay on the safer side, better to have her go back to her home country with-in 2 months.
