Hi All,

During the visa interview, If a person shows return tickets for the trip,
Will it increase the chances of getting visa ?

We want to book the tickets if it is going to help.

Could you please advise on the following scenario
Mother is not working and Father working for state government job in India.
Father can not get the NOC in time.

If they attend the visa interview together will it increase the chances ?
I am contemplating whether to wait for the Father's NOC or ask Mother to attend the visa interview alone.

Best to get all the needed documents first and then both of them attend it together.

OK, I saw you have mentioned about sending a letter to consulate, Now that I am planning to send my in laws together, Do I need to send a letter to consulate with subject "applying for tourist visa for my <mother-in-law>", If yes
Should I mail it to the consulate or applicant.
