Hyd B2 Visa Appointments

Hi,
I am trying to get a telugu appointment for my in-laws in hyd. No matter how many times i try, it says the appointments are currently not available.
Is there any timing that they will be available?
Is there any other way to get an appointment like contating them by calling, mailing or any other way?
Could someone suggest?

B2 appointments - Hyd in Telugu

I am also trying to book the appointments in Hyderabad for my parents in Telugu, I am unable to do that. When I called up the vfs guys in Hyderabad, they say that, the appointments will be opened any time from Mon-Fri from 9AM to 5PM IST.

If anyone see that appointments are opened, if possible could u please post it here.
