section 37 in DS156

I'm sponsering visa for my in-laws. My brother in law is also here in Us studying. in DS156 there is a section (section37) where it asks to specify if there are anyone else in us and it says Son/Daughter. In our case both son and daughter are in US. Son is studying and daughter(my wife) is a permanant resident. What should I specify in that section. I'm sponsring that means my wife is with me in US so should I just include Son studying inthat section?

Thanks you very much for the reply. I've filled the form using these guidelines only. They are very helpful. But it does not clarify what to do if sun and daughter both are in Us and sonin law is sponsering the visa. as in section 37 it says son/daughter. should I right the son's immigration status or daughter's?
